Struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, or Addiction?

My heartbeat is to walk alongside you to conquer life's challenges. I strive to help people achieve their goals by providing a safe space, seeing you as the person you are. I understand the difficulty of taking the first step toward therapy, and I am committed to making the path to healing as accessible and comfortable as possible.

I will meet you with empathy and help you identify the strengths you already have. My main goal is to empower you to discover your purpose and break free from the burdens of trauma, mental health issues, and addiction. I know every person's journey is distinctive, and I will meet you exactly where you are on your path to healing.

I incorporate evidence-based modalities into my practice, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Trauma-Informed Care. Through these approaches, I address cognitive patterns, enhance motivation, and provide a compassionate space particularly tailored for individuals who have experienced trauma.
