How to Share A Concern or File A Complaint

While it is always our intention to provide you with the best care at Free Yourself, we understand that sometimes negative experiences happen. If you are not happy with the services you have received from us, we want to know about it!

In most circumstances, we recommend that you share concerns with your therapist directly in an effort to personally resolve any issues. If you do not feel comfortable speaking directly with your therapist, please move to Step 1 below to contact our administrative team.

Please know that you are welcome to speak with our administrative team ANY time. Our job is to support and protect you.

Step 1

Reach out to our Practice Manager,
Sara Santacruz.

Step 2

If our Practice Manager does not resolve the issue, escalate to our Clinical Director, Ceta McCowan.

Step 3

If our Practice Manager & Clinical Director do not resolve the issue, escalate to our Executive Director, Heather Huffman.

How to Share Positive Feedback

We are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care, and we love hearing when you’ve had a positive experience. If you've had a great experience with your therapist or our team, we’d truly appreciate your feedback. Your kind words help others feel confident in seeking support and remind our clinicians of the meaningful work they do every day.

Ways to Share Your Experience:

  • Leave a Testimonial – Share your journey and how therapy has helped you! Submit a Testimonial

  • Google Review – Help others find the care they need by leaving a review on Google.

  • Send a Thank You – Send a few kind words directly with your therapist. If you prefer to share privately, email us and we’ll pass along your appreciation to your therapist.

How to Escalate a complaint to Governing Organizations

If your issue cannot be resolved after communicating with our administrative team, it can be escalated to one or both of the organizations that govern our practice:
