About Sarah

As a clinician, Sarah takes great effort to create a warm, nonjudgmental space to help clients feel seen and understood. She has experience working with youth, teens, and adults and brings compassion, genuineness, honest reflection, and humor to clients in session. Sarah is a client-focused clinician who strives to help her clients restore their sense of self, increase their self-esteem, build meaningful relationships with boundaries, and obtain the goals they set for themselves.

Sarah earned her Master's Degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago in 2016. She currently holds a license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). As a clinician, Sarah views therapy from a strengths based perspective, drawing upon Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Attachment Theory, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

Sarah is passionate about supporting clients struggling with life’s difficulties, including those looking for general life coaching and individuals experiencing abuse, youth in foster care, chaotic life circumstances resulting from trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges with oneself and others.
