Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) & Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy are available at our Sunnyside office on a limited basis. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or other challenges, we are here to help you free yourself from the things that hold you back and live a fulfilling life. What Can I expect at my first Therapy Session?
Your intake appointment will serve as both a consultation and therapy session simultaneously. You can expect a friendly and relaxed conversation where you and your therapist get to know each other. While it's a time for assessment and gathering information, this session will also allow for therapeutic interaction and support. This integrated approach ensures that you begin receiving support and guidance from the very first session, setting a foundation for ongoing therapy. Intake appointments are often covered by insurance and Medicaid. Please contact us if you’d like to verify your insurance eligibility prior to scheduling a session.
